Neighborhood Stabilization Program Project-Based Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) Neighborhood Stabilization Program waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from September 16, 2020, until October 29, 2020. Before that, this waiting list was last open in January, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up a paper application.
3. Call to request a paper application by mail.

Once the paper application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Hand delivered to the RHA.
2. Mailed to the RHA.
3. Faxed to the RHA.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not knowns how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
