Jessup Apartments and Windmill Ranch Apartments, 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Brighton Housing Authority (BHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list application for 3-Bedroom apartments for Jessup and Windmill Ranch Apartments from March 28, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Jessup Apartments
• Windmill Ranch Apartments

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
