Silver Key, Southview Plaza and Franklin Square, 1-Bedroom Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Colorado Springs Housing Authority (CSHA) last accepted Elderly and Disabled waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Silver Key, Southview Plaza and Franklin Square from May 16, 2023, until May 18, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Silverkey Apartments, 1410 N. Hancock Ave, 80903. One bedroom units.
• Southview Plaza Apartments, 1462 E. Fountain Blvd, 80910. One bedroom units.
• Franklin Square Apartments, 605 N. Franklin St, 80903. One bedroom units.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
