Crossing Pointe South Project-Based Waiting List

The Maiker Housing Partners (MHP) last accepted waiting list applications for apartments at Crossing Pointe South from May 17, 2023 until May 19, 2023 and May 24, 2023 until May 25, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to email MHP to request an application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was hand delivered in person to Crossing Pointe North.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
