Senior (62+) and Disabled Rural Development Project-Based Waiting List

The Garfield County Housing Authority (GCHA) Rural Development waiting list for apartments at Valley Senior Housing is currently open.

The GCHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of October 10, 2022, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person   $33,000 | 5 Persons $50,900
• 2 Persons $37,700 | 6 Persons $54,650
• 3 Persons $42,400 | 7 Persons $58,450
• 4 Persons $47,100 | 

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Currently live, work, or have been hired to work in Garfield County. 
• Families receiving TANF and have successfully completed a self-sufficiency requirement as verified by the TANF caseworker. 

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
