Park 215, LIHTC Project-Based Waiting List

The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Park 215 is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least July, 2021, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the online paper application available here.
2. Call the leasing office at (203) 977-1400, ext. 3315.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to Charter Oak Communities, 22 Clinton Ave, Stamford, CT 06901.

The maximum income limits for each household size are available here.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Working 
• Local Residency
• Involuntary displaced due to natural disaster or government action.
• Victims of hate crimes.
• victims of domestic violence. 

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
