The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Below Market Rate waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Glenbrook Crossing is currently open.

The COC is accepting applications for this waiting list as of September 27, 2021 until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person Household $53,130
• 2 Person Household $60,720 (1 BR), $97,152 (2 BR)
• 3 Person Household $109,296
• 4 Person Household $121,440

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
