Wormser Residence Congregate Care Senior Housing Senior Waiting List

The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Congregate Care Senior Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Wormser Residence is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the Wormser management office, 28 Vine Road Stamford, CT 06901.
2. Dropped off the application at the Wormser management office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
