Scofield Manor Residential Care Home Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Charter Oak Communities (COC) Senior and Disabled Residential Care Home waiting list for apartments at Scofield Manor is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least May, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application here.

Once the application has been completed, it must be Stamford Housing Authority, located at 22 Clinton Ave, P.O. Box 1376, Stamford, Connecticut 06904.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
