Post House and Taylor Street Project-Based Waiting List

The Charter Oak Communities (COC) waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Post House and Taylor Street is closed. Applications were last accepted from July 19, 2021, until an unconfirmed close date in 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $63,780
• 2 Persons $72,900

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
