Housing Authority of the City of Elberton Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Elberton (HACE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACE offers one Public Housing community with 185 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACE to pick up an application, located at 410 Elbert St., Elberton, GA 30635, from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm EDT, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours noted above, from the 8th of the month until the end of the month.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACE does have a preference for working families, and homeless applicants.For more information, the HACE can be reached by calling (706) 283-5801 from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
