The Housing Authority of the City of Hartwell (HACH) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACH offers once Public Housing community with 174 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACH to pick up an application, located at 116 W Franklin Pl., Hartwell, GA 30643, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm (closed from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm). Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HACH can be reached by calling (706) 376-3153 from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
