Housing Authority of the City of Pelham Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Pelham (HACP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACP offers one Public Housing community with 210 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACP to pick up an application, located at 548 Palmer St. SW, Pelham, GA 31779, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm EDT, on Thursdays only.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours listed above on Thursdays only.Be sure to include these documents with your application: proof of all income, birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACP does have a preference for working families.For more information, the HACP can be reached by calling (229) 294-8444 during normal office hours.
