Housing Authority of the City of Statesboro Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Statesboro (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACS offers one Public Housing community with 147 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 33 Cone Homes, Statesboro, GA 30458, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, Social Security Cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The HACS does have a working family preference.For more information, the HACS can be reached by calling (912) 764-3512 during normal office hours.
