2, 3 and 4-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Vidalia (HACV) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments from May 1, 2023, until August 4, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $36,400 | 5 Persons $56,200
• 2 Persons $41,600 | 6 Persons $60,350
• 3 Persons $46,800 | 7 Person $64,500
• 4 Persons $52,000 | 8 Persons $68,650

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Elderly
• Disabled Family
• Veteran
• Work 20 hours a week
• Working (>20 Hours/Week)
• Disabled

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
