Housing Authority of the City of Sylvania Public Housing Waiting List

Please note: The Housing Authority of the City of Waynesboro also manages its Public Housing waiting list for the Housing Authority of the County of Screven, City of Louisville Housing Authority and Housing Authority of the City of Sylvania.The Housing Authority of the City of Waynesboro (HACW) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACW offers two Public Housing communities with 287 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACW to submit an application in person, located at 570 Wallace St, Waynesboro, GA 30830, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm EDT, from the 15th until the end of each month.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACW does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time their application is received.For more information, the HACW can be reached by calling (706) 554-2233 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
