The WRHCHA last accepted applications until October 26, 2021.

There were two apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application at the WRHCHA office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
