Housing Authority of the City of Ellijay Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Ellijay (HACE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families.Please note: The waiting list for seniors is currently closed.The HACE offers one Public Housing community with 110 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACE to pick up an application, located at 29 Green Cir, Ellijay, GA 30540, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, child support statement, bank statements, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACE does not have a preference.
