The Housing Authority of the City of Sandersville (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACS offers one Public Housing community with 142 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 419 Morningside Dr., Sandersville, GA 31082, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HACS can be reached by calling 478-552-6955, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
