Housing Authority of the City of Fort Valley Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Valley (HACFV) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACFV offers one Public Housing community with 100 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACFV to pick up an application, located at 201 West Church St., Suite B, Fort Valley, Ga. 31030, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACFV does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.For more information, the HACFV can be reached by calling 478-825-5056, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
