Housing Authority of the City of Soperton Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Soperton (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families ands senior/disabled individuals.The HACS offers one Public Housing community with 120 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACS to submit an application in person, located at 7414 Eastman Road Soperton, GA  30457, between the hours of 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying; birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACS does have a preference for victims of domestic violence and applicants that have verifiable income.More information can be found by visiting the HACS website at http://www.sopertonhousingauthority.com/, or by calling 912-529-4596, between the hours of 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
