Housing Authority of the City of Thomaston Public Housing Waiting List

The Thomaston Housing Authority (THA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The THA offers two Public Housing communities with 288 units for families and senior disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the THA to pick up an application, located at 574 Triune Avenue, Thomaston, Georgia  30286 during normal office hours.2. Download the application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with you application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, marriage certificates or divorce decrees (if applicable), and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.More information can be found by visiting the THA website at http://www.thomastonhousing.org, or by calling 706-647-7420 during normal office hours.
