Spencer Towers Public Housing Waiting List

The Rock Island Housing Authority (RIHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Spencer Towers on October 6, 2023, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

As of August 2024, this waiting list appears to be very short as the housing authority is incentivizing new residents with free first month's rent and waived security deposit.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Domestic Violence
• Veterans of the US Armed Forces
• Working Family

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
