Family Low Income Public Housing (LIPH), 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Rockford Housing Authority (RHA) is accepting Family Low Income Public Housing (LIPH) waiting list applications for 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom Apartments from April 22, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Working families, where the head, spouse, co-head, or sole member is employed at least 10 hours per week.
• Families where the head and spouse, or sole member is a person age 62 or older, or is a person with disabilities , will also be given the benefit of the working preference

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
