Massac County Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Massac County Housing Authority is now accepting public housing appications for families and senior/disabled individuals.


There is an approximate wait time of 8 months for public housing.


To apply, go to the Housing Authority office located at 1209 E 5th St., Metropolis, IL 62960. You can also call the Housing Authority at 618-524-8411 to have an application mailed to you.


The Housing Authority lists the following preferences that may improve your spot on the waiting list as: elderly disabled, victim of domestic violence, veteran, and living or working in Massac County.
