The Carroll County Housing Authority (CCHA) waiting list for 2, 3, and 4-Bedroom, Family Public Housing apartments at Carroll Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least October, 2019, until further notice.

Carroll Apartments is located at 2009 Wacker Road, Savanna, Illinois 61074. This free-standing row of 24 apartments consists of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units designated solely for families.
