The Housing Authority of the City of North Chicago (HACNC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior (62+) households.   There are two ways to apply:   

  1. Call the HACNC at (847) 785-4300 to have a pre-application mailed to you.
  2. Pick up a pre-application at Kukla Towers, located at 1440 Jackson Street, North Chicago, IL 60064, during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be mailed to the HACNC at the address listed above.The HACNC has a preference for: Elderly, disabled, victim of domestic violence, displaced by a natural disaster, or displaced by government action.For more information, visit the HACNC website, or call the office at (847) 785-4300 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
