Cordova Public Housing Waiting List

The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Family and Senior/Disabled Public Housing waiting list for Cordova is currently open, since at least July, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply, download and print the application online. Scroll down to the "Cordova" row, and select the "Application" link under the "AHFC-OWNED HOUSING" column.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to:P.O. Box 1728Cordova, AK 99574-1728
2. Hand delivered to:401 Second St.
