Jeffersonville Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Jeffersonville Housing Authority (JHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on April 13, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the online paper application.
2. Pick up the paper application from the JHA Lobby.

Once the application was completed, it was either hand delivered or mailed to Jeffersonville Housing Authority.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Substandard housing
• Involuntary displaced
• Elderly/Handicapped/Disabled/Working (20 hours per week)
• Resident of Jeffersonville/Clarksville
• Veteran

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
