Housing Authority of Owensboro Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Owensboro (HAO) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications from an unconfirmed open date, until further notice. 

There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.
3. Apply in person at the HOA Properties office, located at 2161 East 19th St, Owensboro, KY 42303.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Emailed to [email protected].
2. Mailed to HAO properties, 2161 East 19th Street, Owensboro, KY 42303.
3. Dropped off at the HAO Office, located at address mentioned above. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
