Pinal County Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Pinal County Housing Authority (PCHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on November 14, 2024. Before that, applications were last accepted in November 2019. The time period elapsed between the last two openings was five years. We would not be surprised if the waiting list remains closed for as long as that many years however, there is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Apply online at https://pinalcounty.housingmanager.com/application/landing.
2. Pick up an application at the PCHA office.

There were preferences for elderly, disabled, victims of domestic violence, veterans and the homeless.

Though it has not be confirmed, applicants were likely placed on the waiting list by date/time and ranked by preferences.
