Fairview Court, Hames Park and Myers Towers Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Pikeville (HAP) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Fairview Court, Hames Park and Myers Towers Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 23, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Fairview Court - located in Pikeville, KY. Offering 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom units.
• Hames Park - located in Pikeville, KY. Offering 1, 2, 3and 4-Bedroom units.
• Myers Towers - located in Pikeville, KY. Offering 1 and 2-Bedroom units.

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
