Multiple Properties Public Housing Waiting List

The East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority (EBRPHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Multiple Properties from August 4, 2023, until August 7, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Monte Sano, 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom units
• Clarksdale, 1, 2, 3-bedroom units
• Scotland Villa, 2, 3, 4-bedroom units
• Wood Plaza,1, 2, 3-bedroom units with stairs
• Kelly Terrace, 1, 2 ,3 4-bedroom units.
• Ardenwood Village, 1, 2, 3 4-bedroom units with stairs
• Zion Terrace, 1, 2, 3 4-bedroom units
• Duane Street, 2, 3, 4-bedroom units with stairs.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
