Burg Jones Plaza, Johnson Carver, Miller Square and Robinson Place Public Housing Waiting List

The Monroe Housing Authority (MHA) Public Housing waiting list for 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Burg Jones Plaza, Johnson Carver, Miller Square and Robinson Place is closed.

The MHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from August 28, 2022, until August 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Elderly or disable Head or Co-head
• Enrolled in educational or training program
• Modernization moveout moving back in
• Resides or Employed in Monroe
• Victim of Domestic Violence
• Victim of reprisals or hate crimes
• Working: Head or co-head, 20+hrs, > 6 months
• Involuntary Displacement (Disaster, Govt Action)
• Veterans or surviving spouse

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
