The Housing Authority of the City of Abbeville (HACA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HACA offers one Public Housing community with 156 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HACA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1101 E Oak St., Abbeville, LA 70510, during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The HACA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HACA at (337) 893-4643.
