The Housing Authority of the Town of Arcadia (HATA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HATA offers one Public Housing communities with 120 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HATA to pick up a pre-application, located at 3177 Dance Cir., Arcadia, LA 71001, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards. photo IDs and birth certificates for all adult household members, proof of all income.The HATA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HATA office at (318) 263-8471 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
