Housing Authority of the City of Dequincy Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Dequincy (HACD) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HACD offers one Public Housing community with 80 units for families and senior/disabled households.To apply, visit the HACD to submit a pre-application in person, located at 500 S Grand Ave, Dequincy, LA 70633, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when applying for Public Housing.The HACD does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HACD office at (337) 786-2381, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
