Non-Elderly Persons with Disabilities (NED) Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) Non-Elderly Persons with Disabilities (NED) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments is closed.

The HABC last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 8, 2021 until December 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HABC, "To qualify, either the head of household, co-head or spouse must be under 62 years of age and disabled, and would qualify for a one-bedroom unit. Applicants must be eligible for the Housing Choice Voucher Program".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
