General Occupancy Public Housing Waiting List

The Saginaw Housing Commission (SHC) General Occupancy Public Housing waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August, 2019 until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, download and print the application online. Click the link titled "Public Housing Application."

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to The Saginaw Housing Commission (SHC), 1803 Norman Street P.O. Box 3225, Saginaw, MI 48605
2. Dropped off at the SHC, Located at address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
