Erin and Chester Berry Manors, 1-Bedroom Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Eastpointe Housing Commission (EHC) is accepting Senior Public Housing for 1-Bedroom apartments at Erin and Chester Berry Manors apartments since the earliest confirmed date of June 5, 2023, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period, you must either:

1. Pick up an application from the EHC office located at 15701 Nine Mile Road, Eastpointe, MI 48021, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm ET. Monday-Friday.
2. Call (586) 445-5099 to request an application by mail, during the office hours above.

Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to the EHC office, address mentioned above.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Head of Household 62+ years of age 
• Head of Household who are non-elderly disabled

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
