3 and 4-Bedroom Scattered Site Public Housing Waiting List

The Livonia Housing Commission (LHC) waiting list for 3 and 4-Bedroom, Scattered Site Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2019, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Open and print the application online. Scroll down to the Waiting List section, and select the "Family Housing Application (PDF)" link.
2. Call (734) 421-6450, Ext. 103.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

According to the LHC, "The approximate wait time is 2 to 5 years."
