Individual Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Battle Creek Housing Commission (BCHC) Disabled Individual Public Housing waiting list is currently open, since at least March, 2019, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online. Select the "Application Form" link.     
2. Pick up an application at the BCHC office located at 250 Champion Street, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the BCHC office address above.
2. Dropped off at the BCHC office located at the above address during office hours.

This waiting list has the following preference: Age 62 years and older.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
