Mount Pleasant Housing Commission Public Housing Waiting List

The Mount Pleasant Housing Commission (MPHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The MPHC offers one Public Housing community with 26 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:1. Download the online pre-application here, then print and complete.2. Pick up the pre-application at the MPHC, located at 1 W Mosher St., Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the application: Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members.The MPHC does have a preference for: Homeless, exiting an institution for substance abuse, or mental health, victim of domestic violence, live and or work in Isabella County, or involuntarily displaced.More information can be found by visiting the MPHC website a thttp://www.mtphousing.com/, or by calling 989-773-3784 during normal office hours.
