Traverse City Housing Commission Public Housing Waiting List

The Traverse City Housing Commission (TCHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The TCHC offers two Public Housing communities with 136 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the TCHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 150 Pine Street, Traverse City MI 49684, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thurday; and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The TCHC does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.More information can be found by visiting the TCHC website, or by calling (231) 922-4915 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thurday; and on Fridays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
