Housing Authority of the City of Fort Payne Public Housing Waiting List

The Fort Payne Housing Authority (FPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The FPHA does not have a waiting list for Public Housing at this time.The FPHA offers two Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the FPHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 203 13th St NW, Fort Payne, AL 35967, from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, on Mondays only.Once the pre-applicaiton has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm,  on Mondays only.No documents are needed at this time.The FPHA does have a preference for: Elderly, disabled, and working families.For more information, call the office at (256) 845-0424 from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday, and on Fridays from 7:00 am until 11:30 am.
