Potterville Housing Commission Public Housing Waiting List

The Porterville Housing Commission (PHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.Please note: There is currently a two year wait for Public Housing.The PHC offers one Public Housing community with 24 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedroom units.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the PHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 210 E. Main Street, Potterville, MI 48876, during normal office hours.2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.More information can be found by visiting the PHC website, or by calling 517-645-7076 during normal office hours.
