Ingham County Housing Commission Public Housing Waiting List

The Ingham County Housing Commission (ICHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applicaitons for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The ICHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The ICHC offers one Public Housing community with 89 units for senior/disabled individuals.There are three ways to apply:1. Visit the ICHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 3882 Dobie Rd, Okemos, MI 48864, during normal office hours.2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (517) 349-1643 during normal office hours.3. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The ICHC does have a preference for: Elderly or disabled individuals.More information can be found by visiting the ICHC website, or by calling (517) 349-1643 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
