Scattered Sites Public Housing Waiting List

The Dakota County Community Development Agency is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Scattered Site Apartments from the earliest confirmed date of May 24, 2022, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size are as follows:

• 2 person household = $71,550
• 3 person household = $80,500
• 4 person household = $89,400
• 5 person household = $96,600
• 6 person household = $103,050

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Preference is given to applicants who currently live, work, are hired to work, or attend school (full time) in Dakota County.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
