Olmsted County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Olmsted County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (OCHRA) Public Housing waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for 2-bedroom Townhome units for three days in July, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Working (20+ hours per week). Elderly and Disabled persons also qualify for the Working preference.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

The waiting list closed after 300 applications were received.
