Multiple Properties Public Housing Waiting List

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-5 Bedroom Apartments at Multiple Properties from April 23, 2024, until April 29, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Arlington Grove – 2 and 3 bedrooms
• Gardens at Renaissance Place – 1 and 2 bedrooms
• King Louis Square I – 1 bedroom
• LaSalle Park – 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms
• Murphy Park – 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms
• Northside Scattered Sites – 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms
• Renaissance Place – 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
